After all, most employees these days are expected to come up with snap but sound decisions to address and respond to requests, solve problems, analyze data, interpret reports and most importantly beat deadlines.
(c) Creativity – This trait, on the other hand, involves the ability of an individual to come up with fresh ideas that will help the company sustain its profitability or to stay ahead of the competition. This is a highly-regarded quality especially in the fields of advertising or marketing, sales, product development, software engineering, business administration, and others.
(d) Collaboration – Employees today are expected to be team-players. They should support and collaborate with their co-workers to ensure that corporate goals will be attained within specified lengths of time.
