It is  important that you think about the following questions especially when choosing a suitable site for your business:

• Is the location spacious enough to accommodate the necessary equipment, product inventory and office furniture?
• Does the area have adequate lighting and ventilation?
• Is the business location close to my target suppliers? What about to my product distributors?
• Will the site allow me to expand my business in the future?
• Are the terms, rates and stipulations of my lease acceptable?
• Is there adequate parking space for my delivery trucks, and most importantlt for my prospective customers?
• Will I find skilled and competent employees in that area?
• How will the state regulations in that area affect my business?
